How 49JILI Reviews an Operator: Our Published Method
49JILI is an independent guide, not a casino. We take no deposits, hold no balances and run no games, and we have no way to pay anyone or to intervene in anyone's account. What we do is read what operators publish and tell you how to read it yourself. Because a method you cannot inspect is worth nothing, this page sets out ours in full. Players must be 21 or older.
Why There Are No Scores on This Site
A number out of ten implies a measurement. We cannot measure an operator: we cannot see its payout queue, its risk rules or its complaint logs, and neither can any other affiliate site that prints a score. So we describe what is documented and name what is not, and we leave the judgement with you. You will not find a ranking, a 'best' list or a seal of approval on 49JILI, because none of those could be honestly produced from public information.
The Eight Criteria
Every time this site describes an operator, it is working through the same eight headings. Each one is answerable from material the operator publishes, which is the point: you can repeat the check yourself in about fifteen minutes.
| Criterion | What we look for | How it is checked |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | A named operating company and a stated regulator, not just a logo | The terms page, then the regulator's own published list |
| Payment rails | Which wallets, banks and rails are actually offered to PH players | The cashier page while logged out, plus any published payments page |
| Terms clarity | Bonus and withdrawal terms readable before you commit, in one place | Reading them end to end and noting anything only available in chat |
| KYC rules | What documents are required and at what stage they are demanded | The verification section of the help centre |
| Complaint route | A named internal escalation path and a named external one | The support and legal pages |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion | The account settings area and the responsible-gaming page |
| Support channels | Support reachable from inside the account, not only on a chat app | Opening each advertised channel and noting which exist |
| App distribution | Whether an app is offered, and from where | The download page, and whether a store listing exists at all |
A criterion can only ever come back as documented, partly documented or absent. 'Absent' is a finding worth having; it is not the same as a failure, and we say which one we mean.
What We Can Verify
- Whether a company is named, and whether that company appears on a regulator's published list.
- Whether the terms you need before depositing are published and consistent with the promotional page.
- Which payment rails and which responsible-gaming controls appear in the interface.
- Whether support exists inside the logged-in account, and which routes are external.
- Whether an app is offered through a store or as a direct download.
What We Cannot Verify
- How long a withdrawal actually takes for you. Timings, fees, minimums and ceilings are set by the operator and your own bank or wallet — check the cashier page.
- Whether a particular complaint was handled fairly, because we see neither side's evidence.
- Whether a game's returns match its published figures, which is the certification lab's job and not ours.
- Anything about your individual account, which we have no access to and never will.
Where we cannot verify something, the page says so in plain words rather than filling the gap with a plausible-sounding number. If you find a figure on this site that is presented as an operator's payout time, fee or minimum, it is an error and we want to hear about it.
Money, Links and Independence
Some outbound links on this site may be partner links, which means a commission could be earned if you open an account after following one. That arrangement never changes a word of the assessment. No operator sees our wording before publication, no operator can buy a criterion, and nothing is removed because a partner asked. We also do not accept payment to add or drop a brand, and we publish the same criticism of a partner as of anyone else.
The honest caveat is that you should not take that on trust. The reason this page lists the criteria is so you can apply them yourself and see whether our description of an operator survives your own fifteen minutes.
How Pages Are Kept Current
Payment rails, verification rules and bonus terms change without notice, so every page carries the date it was last reviewed. When something material changes, the page is rewritten rather than patched with a note. If a page's date is old and the detail matters to your money, treat the operator's own cashier and terms pages as the authority and tell us what has moved.
Corrections are welcome and are made without argument. The alternative — a guide that defends its own back catalogue — is how misinformation ends up outliving the thing it described.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you rank operators or give them scores?
No. A score implies a measurement we cannot make from public information. We describe what is documented, name what is not, and leave the decision with you.
Are your links paid?
Some outbound links may be partner links that could earn a commission. No payment changes the wording, and no operator reviews a page before it is published.
Can you tell me how fast a specific casino pays out?
No. Payout timings, fees and limits are set by the operator and your own bank or wallet, and they vary by method and verification status. Check the operator's cashier page.
Can 49JILI help with a dispute?
We cannot act on your account. Use the operator's own support first, then the e-wallet's in-app help for a payment problem, then the regulator's published complaint channel.
Who writes these pages?
They are published by the 49JILI editorial desk. We do not attach invented author names or fictional credentials to our pages.
